Cancellation Policy
In order to reserve and secure a date/time for your event with BIGflixx, a 100% NON REFUNDABLE "Upfront Reservation Fee" will be required. If paying via "Zelle" please submit payment using Email: "paybigflixx@gmail.com", then please call to confirm your payment. Paying via cash/check? Please call: 702-983-0073 for payment address. Should you need to cancel your event once it has been reserved and officially placed on BIGflixx calendars, please contact us at least 48-72 hours prior to your event date. Your event will be rescheduled "ONLY". This Fee is assessed due to BIGflixx reserving your date and time on our calendars and losing the ability to earn revenue on that day. PLEASE NO EXCEPTIONS. *Should there be an unavoidable circumstance such as bad weather (Hi winds 20 mph+, rain or thunderstorms) or a family emergency, a full refund will be considered upon confirmation of the above, or you may simply reschedule your event for another day.
